Benefits of C3 Compact Curve Conveyors:

Designed with the low-profile frame Dorner is known for, the C3 brings innovation to belted conveyor systems with a patented drive system. This unique construction offers smooth curves for delicate materials and products while maintaining positioning accuracy through turns, and small pulleys ensure smooth transfers for products as small as 2 inches. Unlike traditional 90° transfers, the C3 keeps the leading edge consistent through the curve to ensure products are correctly positioned for the next step down the processing line. The simplified configuration also eliminates the need for straight infeed and outfeed conveyors, which are required in modular belted curves.

The C3 conveyor is also Dorner’s first conveyor platform designed to be compatible with our industrial belted conveyors and AquaGard LP sanitary conveyor series. With a stainless steel bed plate and FDA-approved plastic components and belts, the C3 is BISCC-certified for baked goods, confectionery, and packaged foods.

    • 45° for an outside radius of 750 mm and larger
    • 90° & 180° for an outside radius of 600mm or smaller

    • FDA–approved, white high friction
